Shipping

What are the shipping costs within Germany?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method: parcel shipping is between €6.49 and €17.95, bulky goods cost €19.95, and freight forwarding starts from €89.95. Hazardous goods are calculated separately.

When will the freight forwarding shipment take place?

For a total weight of 40 kg or more, the goods will automatically be shipped by freight forwarder. Larger or particularly heavy items are also always delivered by freight forwarder.

What applies to international shipping?

We deliver to many EU countries as well as Switzerland, Scandinavia and other regions. Shipping costs vary by country and shipping method, starting for example at €19.90 for parcel shipping within the EU.

Are there any special requirements for shipping hazardous materials?

Yes, dangerous goods are subject to special shipping conditions and are exclusively sent by parcel or freight forwarder. Costs are higher and vary depending on the country and shipping method.

Are there additional costs for international deliveries?

For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties may apply. These are charged by the respective shipping service provider in the recipient country.

What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

Additional costs may be incurred for a second delivery attempt for freight forwarding deliveries. These costs are not covered by the retailer and must be borne by the customer.
