Scope of Services

The extended warranty includes the following services in the event of a warranty claim:

  • Direct processing via Wattschmiede without manufacturer contact
  • Preferred processing over standard inquiries

Important Notes

  • The extended warranty begins after the respective manufacturer's warranty
  • It is only valid in conjunction with the corresponding product purchase
  • The warranty is not transferable

Warranty Conditions

The extended warranty applies exclusively to material and manufacturing defects. It does not include, in particular:

  • Damage due to improper installation or use
  • Mechanical damage or external influences
  • Wear parts and normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to force majeure or power outages

A prerequisite for claiming the warranty is professional installation by qualified personnel and compliance with the respective manufacturer's specifications.

Processing in case of warranty claim

In the event of a warranty claim, processing is handled directly by Wattschmiede. After examining the defect, we decide on repair, replacement, or an equivalent solution.

Legal Notes

The statutory warranty remains unaffected by this extended warranty. The extended warranty is a voluntary service and supplements existing statutory rights.
